Contact us

Report a broken game, suggest a game to add, or raise a content-rights question.

A public contact channel is not open yet, so no address is shown on this page. It will appear here as soon as one exists.

What you can write to us about

There is no account system here and no form to fill in, because we would rather not hold anyone's details without a reason. Three subjects come up most often: a game that will not open or freezes partway, a game you would like added to the catalogue, and content-rights questions such as a studio asking for its game to be removed.

What to include so it can be fixed quickly

For a broken game, the most useful details are the address of the game page, the device and browser you used, and what you saw: a black screen, nothing happening after pressing start, or the game loading but not responding. That is usually enough to trace the fault without a round of follow-up questions.

For a game suggestion, the name of the game and where you saw it is enough. We will check whether it exists in the catalogue this site connects to and whether it meets the rules written on the about page.

Content rights

If you own a game or an image shown here and want it taken down, send the link to the page in question together with something that shows ownership. We take the affected page down first and review the details afterwards, because leaving it up during a review does more harm.

What we cannot answer

This site does not develop the games, so we cannot answer questions about a game's internal mechanics, about a developer's own player accounts, or about purchases made inside a developer's game. Those need to go to that studio directly.
